We are a small family-owned business with 35 years of experience in the Plumbing, draining, and gas fitting industry. We are a fully licensed and insured business whose goal is to serve our client’s community and other plumbing businesses with professionalism, enthusiasm, and respect.
In the early part of our business, we saw there was a need to be able to problem-solve and locate water leaks around properties that plumbers and pool companies were unable to diagnose due to lack of training, equipment, etc – leaving them to try and find with guesswork.
We have been committed in spending a lot of our time in educating and training ourselves and staff in all aspects of this specialised work. We have invested and utilize the latest and most high tech equipment in the world, striving to be the best in our field. Our team of highly trained professionals are prepared to handle an array of residential, commercial and industrial leak detection needs.
Mark has devoted time and knowledge into training his son Josh, whom has been working with him since he was a young boy. Josh is now a well trained leak technician, combined with him being a licenced Plumber, drainer and gas fitter registered with the QBCC which makes him a leader in the field at such a young age.
The combination of having such advanced technicians with licenced plumbing backgrounds saves our clients time and money by giving the right advice and having the problem solved with minimum cost and damage the first time.
We believe in being upfront and honest. We are not here to offer special deals with conditions to get in the door of our clients. We don’t believe in upselling extras that are not required or needed. We are here to do a professional job providing our clients with a professional service and outcome.
